How does your process work?

From there, we build the full outbound infrastructure: domain setup, inbox warming, personalised sequences and ongoing optimisation based on real performance data. You attend the meetings. We handle everything else.

How quickly does pipeline start building?

Accepted Answer

Most clients see qualified meetings within 4 to 6 weeks. The first 2 to 3 weeks cover infrastructure setup, domain warming and sequence testing. Once live, you can expect a steady flow of booked meetings each month.

What does onboarding look like?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding takes around two weeks. Week one is discovery, ICP modelling and messaging workshops. Week two is infrastructure setup, list build and sequence drafting. By week three campaigns are live and being optimised against real reply data.

How involved do we need to be?

Accepted Answer

Roughly two hours in week one for discovery and messaging review. After that, around 30 minutes a week to review reply samples and approve any new sequence variants. We handle everything else.

Both, deliberately. AI handles the volume work: account research, trigger monitoring, personalisation drafts and reply triage. Humans own the judgement: messaging strategy, qualification and every conversation from the first sign of interest. Fully automated AI SDR tools typically produce high send volumes with reply rates under 1%. Our hybrid model is what gets senior buyers to reply.

We are vendor-neutral. Is this still a fit?

Yes. The same principles apply. What matters is that you sell technical services into enterprise buyers and need a repeatable way to reach them. Vendor alignment makes targeting easier but is not a requirement.

Won't outbound damage our reputation?

Accepted Answer

This is the most common concern, and the reason we exist. Every message is crafted to position your firm as a credible partner, not a cold caller. Sequences are reviewed for tone, relevance and brand alignment before anything goes live. Sending volumes are calibrated to protect inbox reputation and brand perception.

Will my vendor partners object to outbound?

We have never had a vendor object. We do not impersonate vendors, we do not abuse partner programmes, and we use sending domains separate from your primary corporate domain. The activity is positioned as a consultancy reaching out about a relevant business problem, which is standard practice.

How are engagements structured?

Monthly retainer, no long-term lock-in. We start with a discovery call, followed by a 2-week onboarding and build phase. From there, campaigns run continuously with weekly optimisation and monthly strategy reviews.

What do you commit to?

We commit to a minimum volume of qualified prospects contacted, rigorously tested messaging and transparent weekly reporting. We cannot promise a specific number of deals, but most clients see clear ROI within 90 days.

What reporting do we get?

A weekly summary of sends, replies, meetings booked and pipeline created. A monthly strategy review covering what is working, what to change, and recommendations for the next 30 days. All raw data is exportable on request.

Who owns the data and infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

You do. Sending domains, inbox accounts, contact lists, sequences and CRM records all belong to you. If we ever part ways, you keep the entire system intact and operational.

What tools do you use?

Email infrastructure typically uses Instantly or Smartlead. Data and enrichment use Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. CRM work is done in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio depending on your preference. We are tool-agnostic and will work with what you already have where it makes sense.

Do you offer LinkedIn outreach as well as email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most engagements run email and LinkedIn in parallel because the channels reinforce each other. LinkedIn covers profile views, connection requests and conversational follow-up. Email handles the longer-form, value-led messaging.
